Mexican Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
  •  Cocoa powder 2 tbs
  •  Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
  •  Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp
  •  Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/8 tsp
  •  Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp
  •  Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
  •  Brown sugar 2 tbs Substitute: Honey 2 tbs’

Directions:

  • In a saucepan,add milk & bring it to boil.
  • Add cocoa powder,turmeric powder,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder,cayenne powder,cinnamon powder,brown sugar,whisk well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot or warm!
